Are we a fit?
This page exists so you can tell, honestly and before we ever talk, whether what I do is what you actually need.
Part of this work is helping people see themselves clearly. It would be strange to start by being unclear about this.
If you’ve read My Philosophy and something in it resonated, this is the next thing to read.
You’re probably a fit if…
- You’re an engineer or a tech leader, and the struggle is mostly invisible. Your career says you’re doing fine. Inside, the effort it takes is a different story, and almost nobody sees it.
- ADHD is part of your picture. Diagnosed last month, diagnosed years ago, or still figuring it out. A diagnosis isn’t a prerequisite here.
- You’ve already tried to fix yourself. The apps, the planners, the stricter mornings, the resolutions to be more disciplined. You’ve noticed that another round of that isn’t the answer.
- You’re curious about your own patterns. You’re willing to slow down and look at what’s actually happening when the work gets hard, instead of only pushing through it.
- You want to understand yourself, not be managed. You’re not looking for someone to hold you accountable or hand you a system. You want to be able to read your own patterns and trust what you find.
- You’re ready to be honest. Not polished, just honest. The work only goes as deep as your willingness to say the true thing out loud.
We’re probably not a fit if…
- You want a productivity system handed to you. If what you need is a skills curriculum, a planner setup, or a body-doubling service, those exist and some are good. That’s not what this is.
- You want an accountability cop. I won’t chase you between conversations or be your external pressure. Pressure is the thing you came here to put down.
- You want quick hacks. Tips and tricks are everywhere, and you’ve read most of them. If that’s still what you’re after, I’ll save you the money.
- You’re not willing to look inward at all. If the premise is that nothing here is yours to examine, there’s not much for us to do together.
- What you actually need is therapy or acute care. Coaching isn’t a substitute for mental-health treatment. If that’s what I’m seeing, the most useful thing I can do is say so and point you toward the right support. And I will.
Not sure where you land? Reach out anyway. Sometimes the answer is “let’s have one conversation and find out,” and that’s a fine place to start.
What you can expect from me
- A place with no agenda but yours. Nothing said here gets measured, reported, or graded.
- Understanding, not repair. I’ll treat you as capable and whole. Someone who needs room to see their own patterns, not someone to be fixed.
- Honesty, even when it costs me the work. If we’re not a fit, I’ll say so. I’d rather lose the booking than tell you what you want to hear.
- Confidentiality. What you say stays with me.
Sound like you?
The next step is a conversation. One hour, free, unscripted. No decision expected on the call.
I read every inquiry personally.
Not ready for a conversation? The weekly reflection is the quiet way in: a short reflective exercise for engineers with ADHD, once a week.
