1:1 Coaching

A slower kind of conversation.

Private 1:1 coaching for software engineers and tech leaders with ADHD.

We talk every two weeks, and you can reach me between conversations.

What it isn’t: a five-step method. I don’t have one. I never will.

What it is: a slower kind of conversation. The work is to slow things down enough to see what’s actually happening when execution gets hard, so you can respond deliberately instead of bullying yourself into action.

Engineers and tech leaders with ADHD

Senior software engineers. Staff and principal ICs. Engineering managers and technical leaders.

Thoughtful, accomplished people sitting with the same underlying pattern: more discipline didn’t work. The systems that used to help stopped working. And somewhere along the way, “I just need to be more disciplined” started replacing the actual goal.

Most arrive having tried to fix themselves first. The work begins when we stop doing that.

If you got here searching for executive function coaching (task prioritization, time management, organization), I’ve written honestly about how what I do relates to that, and how it differs.

One offering, well defined.

A conversation every two weeks. Confidential by default. Small client roster. A relationship over time, not a one-off.

No tiers. No packages. No upsells.

For the fuller picture of how I see this work: my philosophy, and an honest are we a fit?

How it starts

With a few conversations. Free, unscripted, no pitch. We get to know each other and figure out whether and how I can help.

Once we have a clearer picture of what we could create together, we talk about what working together could look like. Not before.

Not ready for a conversation? The weekly reflection is the quiet way in: a short reflective exercise for engineers with ADHD, once a week.

Send me a weekly reflection

Ready when you are.

If something here resonates, the next step is a conversation. A short note about what’s drawing you to one is helpful.

I read every inquiry personally.
