Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Michael Greenspan (The ADHD Engineer). I keep this short because the data practices are simple.

What I collect

If you email me through one of the "Start a conversation" links, I receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to share. If you sign up for the email course, I receive the name and email address you submit. The site also receives standard web request data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited, the same information any website receives by default.

Service providers I use

• Formspree processes email course signups and forwards them to my email.
• Substack hosts the newsletter. If you subscribe, Substack collects your email address per their own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and provides basic, privacy-friendly analytics about traffic volume and source.

These providers process your information only to deliver the service. They each have their own privacy policies, which you can find on their websites.

How I use your information

To respond to your message, send the email course you signed up for, and understand general traffic patterns to improve the site. I do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing emails unless you explicitly subscribe to something.

How long I keep it

Email conversations and course signup records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service or for my own records, typically up to two years. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

If you would like me to delete information you have shared, or you have questions about how your data is handled, email me at contact@mikegreenspan.com and I will take care of it.

Changes

If I update this policy, I will update the date at the top.
