This newsletter isn’t going to give you a five-step morning routine, a focus app stack, a perfect calendar template, or a way to be productive without rest. Most of those exist already. Most of them work for two weeks.

What this is: one real work moment per week, from the inside. The kind of writing you can sit with on a Sunday morning. For software engineers with ADHD who’ve tried the systems and want a different conversation.
